On 4th August 2021, in the framework of consolidation of the state telecommunications and info communication portfolio, it was decided that MVM Energetika Zrt. would transfer its 100% stake in MVM NET Zrt. to Antenna Hungária Zrt. The transaction process was completed on 17th November 2021, after which MVM NET Zrt., as a subsidiary of Antenna Hungária, will continue to operate under the name AH NET Távközlési Zrt.
Antenna Hungária has acquired MVM NET, which will continue to operate under the name AH NET Távközlési Zrt.
